I can't believe it's already been a half of a year! I heard when you have kids - time flies, boy they weren't kidding!
What Jaxson's upto:
Eating, sleeping, laughing cooing, gurgling, playing with toys, still working on sitting, he loves his swing and still loves those hilarious dogs! Today he sat on my lap while I pulled the car into the garage and thought it was the funniest thing. He loves his daddy and thinks he is just the neatest guy around (he's OBSESSED with Austin). It's pretty cute though... and I'm only a little jealous.

We work, work, then we come home and work. Life of a parent. Austin's first father's day was successful, or at least I thought it was. I told him he could do what ever he wanted, he chose to go fly fishing with his dad and brother, then we had a BBQ when he got home. While he was gone, Austin's mom offered to baby sit so I finally got things done around the house that I hadn't had a chance to do since we moved in! I guess that is why I say the day was successful! I have created quite the honey do list for our house, Austin has been a wonderful husband and does a little list item everyday! We just got the house measured for carpet but have a few projects we want to get done prior to installation... SO MANY THINGS, so little time! We (not me) turned the big backyard garden into grass by sodding what was once dirt. It's keeping the dogs paws a little cleaner! I am slacking on the before and afters, but there haven't been many yet. We still have a laundry list of fix ups to do! :) Our adult lives have become pretty monotonous because our lives are now based on schedules (I never understood why people with kids never "did" anything - I totally get it now!).
