...Can go ahead and kiss it.

Yup!  Austin and I have had quite the interesting month, so far...

First, we were lucky to be invited to go wheeling with the WHOLE Garvey family.

We had such a good time.  We had Jeeps, side by sides and 4-wheelers... we had lots of dirt & mud!

Obviously Austin enjoyed himself...

... and so did Paxsten & Shad

BUT...

If you know us, you know that the month of October we are MIA... due to the elk hunt.

Well, last weekend was full of snow on the hunt, although WET and cold we survived!

Speaking of WET.... 

We came home to a lovely flood...

in our bathroom!

Yup!  EVERYTHING in our bathroom was SOAKED!  Inside and out... the kitchen shares the bathroom wall and the floor in there had puddled up too.  It was most disgusting because we were left thinking this was all toilet water!  I went to talk to the people in the condo above us, no answer.  After bleaching every inch I could... the neighbor came and told me the shower pipe burst on the third floor and they got flooded out, I guess we were lucky it was just our bathroom...  

When the flood and disaster guys came to "look" at the damage, we came home to this...

According to them, the damage was the worst in our place... we aren't really sure what is going on, we never received a phone call or any type of communication from our HOA... but we are hoping to take advantage of the situation and do a little updating in our bathroom.

After dealing with that all week we headed back up to the canyon to do a little hunting.  As the sun was going down, Austin and I deep in conversation... BOOM!  Yup, we hit a deer!  Let's just say, we are thankful to be alive, because we were in the truck!  I was really shaken up!

The good news about all this?  We got to enjoy this...

ALL weekend!  It was beautiful!
