For those who don't know, Austin has had to work out of town, the poor guy has HAD to work in Huntington Beach... but he is such a home body that its been hard on him to be away from home, so... the boys flew their wives out! Luckily Austin was working with his good friend Randy... which meant Sarah, his wife was going too. We all had so much fun!
Saturday morning we went out and rented some bikes...

Newport Beach, Austin was the only brave one, the boys have figured out that the sun doesn't really come out until sometime after noon...
Driving along... had to steal this picture
Sunday we were trying to figure out what to do, our 16+ mile bike ride had left us all pretty sore, so we all jumped in the car and decided to see Laguna Beach, this is the only picture I took as we were passing through.
We drove to Dana Point Harbor... here is Randy, Sarah and I doing the "Captain Morgan" stance.

This beach that we went to at Dana Point is a protected area, there is so much sea life, you're not even allowed to take rocks off the beach, it was very clean which was really nice, because we walked barefoot through a lot of it.
This picture doesn't do this BIG guy justice... he (or she) was HUGE! I'd guess about a foot from tip to tip.
There are two anemone's in this picture, can you find them?
These rocks were cool, some guy was there balancing them
After a drive "home" to the extended stay hotel, we decided we'd all go have a fire on the beach and watch the sunset. While we were waiting I wrote Austin a little message in the sand.... <3
Sarah and Randy
This may sound weird, but after our cruise in Caribbean it was really weird to see waves in the ocean. They were so pretty, now if only the water was as pretty....
The boys left to go grab us dinner, while they were gone Sarah and I got to witness this rad mobil recliner... YUP! He was just cruising along... in his LAZY boy!
Our view... Huntington Pier at sunset.
US!
The fireball in the sky...
All and all, it was probably the best weekend trip I have ever had! It was last minute and we all lived it up. I enjoyed every second I got to spend with my HUSBAND! :)
